Our Founder

Jenni is a senior physiotherapist with over 10 years clinical experience. Around 6 years ago her mum was diagnosed with osteoporosis, so she began working with her mum to improve her bone density and reduce her fracture risk. Since then she has set up bone health services in private practices in Ireland and the UK, screening at-risk individuals and working with people to reduce their falls and fracture risk and improve their bone health through personalised exercise and lifestyle programs.

Jenni became frustrated with the fragmented care and difficulty in accessing specialised services individuals faced when trying to manage their bone health. She is passionate about ensuring people receive the best care available and she is now on a mission to reach more people through a digital solution. By developing Building Bones Jenni hopes to make osteopenia and osteoporosis care reliable, easy, accessible and engaging for everyone.
